[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #9201: Integrate support for definition list into htmlArea RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Extension rtehtmlarea_definitionlist was published on TER because it 
became ready only after feature freeze of TYPO3 4.2. It should be 
integrated into the core RTE.

Solution:
Here it is integrated into the RTE. Definition list buttons will appear 
when configured or when Demo default configuration is used. Manual is 
also updated.

Renziehausen for producing the specifications of this feature, 
supporting its development and testing it.
