Hi Dmitry,

i also wondered about being logged out after changing the value in 
localconf, but this only appeared when i reloaded the frame. By clicking 
the menu i couldn't reproduce.

I tested again, and before apply and setting 
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['lockIP'] = '0' it shows '127', after apply it 
shows '-'
