Problem:
class.tx_rtehtmlarea_browse_links.php redefines functions from its base 
class because it forwards parameters in a slightly different way.

Solution:
Restructure class.tx_rtehtmlarea_browse_links.php so as to reduce 
redundancy with its base class, and eliminate need to redefine functions 
createFolder() and uploadForm().
