+1 on reading and testing.

Attached patch with modifications:
- Use $GLOBALS['LANG']->includeLLFile('EXT:belog/mod/locallang.xml'); 
instead of $LANG->includeLLFile('EXT:belog/mod/locallang.xml');
- Use $GLOBALS['LANG']->getLL() instead of $GLOBALS['LANG']->sL()
- Fixed minor whitespace issues
