Attached new patch with minor cleanups:

- Hunk #1 in ext_typoscript_setup.txt overlapped with patch from #9061 
-> removed
- Hunk #2 in class.tx_felogin_pi1.php overlapped with patch from #9061 
-> removed
- Fixed minor whitespace issues
