[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #8790: htmlArea RTE image selection should honour hooking browsers

FYI: The additional follow-up SVN patch was committed trunk revision 3957).

Bugfix/cleanup

Problem:
As a result of the restructuring of class tx_rtehtmlarea_select_image, 
the drag n drop tab was not functional.

Solution:
Fix two errors making the drag n drop non functional.

Note:
The patch also deletes functions uploadForm and createFolder. As a side 
benefit of the restructuring, the funcions of the base class can now be 
used.
