[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8281: mod.web_list.noCreateRecordsLink misses an icon

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
TsConfig setting mod.web_list.noCreateRecordsLink = 1 is very ncie to 
e.g. hide the "new record" icon for translator user groups.
Problem is, that there are 2 icons and just the 1st one is being hidden 
with the setting!
Take a look at the screenshot: #1 is hidden, #2 stays

Solution:
Apply the patch
