[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8254: htmlArea RTE sets invalid link to file selected using DAM media browser

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
htmlArea RTE sets invalid link to file selected using DAM media browser. 
Only the filename is set without the path leading to it.

Solution:
Use filepath rather than filename.

Note:
Thanks to Xavier Perseguers for reporting, analyzing the issue and 
providing a correction.
