[TYPO3-core] Poll for 4.1.7

Pretty easy, just use an 4.0 or 4.1 installation with FF3.

The problem is that somehow FF3 doesn't like to have frames named 
"content", probably because the "content" object of a window is now 
filled with other things. So top.content doesn't work anymore to address 
a frame.

The BT entry provides a patch I use right now to work on my 4.1 & 4.0 
installations
