[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8049, #8157: fixing t3editor IE issues

Problem:
#8157 	t3editor don't work in Fx, IE7 and Opera (saving)
duplicates:
#8049 	TypoScript templates can't be saved at all after editing them
using IE7/WinXP
duplicates:
#7509	TypoScript Editor doesn't save changes in IE7 WinXP

#8146	Linenumbers don't scroll with text in ie 6

Solution:
Attached patch implements correct saving by clicking the "Save"-Icon in
the docheader (which didn't work in rc2)

I also fixes the eventhandler "onScroll" for the innerframe for IE, so
linenumbers get updated now.

When commiting this patch, please remove the following, obsolete files
from SVN as they were moved into t3editor/jslib/codemirror since rc2:
