[TYPO3-core] RFC: #8190: Clean up: New icon for website language

Problem:
Many icons have been updated recently except for a few like website 
languages. Here is a proposal.

Solution:
New icons attached here. Those icons were proposed in the HCI list. They 
were only few opinions but they were rather positive, so I'm proposing 
them here.

Notes:
I thought about redoing the Alternative page language icons to match the 
new website language, but the speech bubble looks like nothing when 
reduced too much.
