[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #8148: IRRE - Expanded or collapsed state of new child records is not handled correctly

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
When new child records are created, the expanded or collapsed state of 
these records is not correctly stored in the UC array.

Solution:
Fix bug in JavaScript changing the expanded/collapsed state of new child 
records and optimize mechanism to store this data in UC.

Comments:
Thanks to Thomas Oppelt for pointing this out.
Since this issue is related to IRRE only, I'm going to commit within the 
next few days (before TYPO3 4.2.0 final) if nobody objects.
