I thought about this some more and I'm a bit hesitant about launching 
into that change:

1) I would like to know more about Rupi's use case, to be sure that 
whatever patch we make it really solves the issue

2) we are very close to final release and I wonder if this can't wait 
for 4.2.1.

Other than that I think the docheader must definitely be refined in 4.3, 
given also the other issue with the path sometimes wrapping on the next 
line.
