[TYPO3-core] Important: RC2 today!

Hi all,

all blockers have been resolved now, thanks for all your help in making 
this release what it is now!

The Roadmap in the bugtracker says 100% and no (critical) open bugs left 
for TYPO3 4.2. This means that I'm going to pack RC2 today around 
noonish or so. As it looks like RC2 could truely be THE RC.

So if nothing goes bad  and nobody finds new critical bugs until one 
week from now we'll just "rename" RC2 into TYPO3 4.2 final. (However I 
would allow absolutely minor things like icon changes if they fit, but 
no code changes though)
