[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6670: Enable Tabs in Page Properties III

Hi all,

I reviewed this one now:

Some things are good, but on the other hand others aren't. As a 
discussion about which field to place where would most likely take very 
long I'm not going to let this in for 4.2 anymore.

Best would be to continue the cleaner backend efforts with TYPO3 4.3 
(which is planned anyways) and to sit down with some members from HCI at 
the dev days to try out what would fit best and what combinations make 
sense.

Malte, Helmut are you going to be at the dev days?
