[TYPO3-core] RFC #'s 6812, 8049, 7314: Bugfixing t3editor

	 In IE 6.0.2900 syntax highlighting, save indicator, keyword suggestion

Problem/Solution:
- The new t3editor sysext is not yet reviewed.
During the t3board in Laax Thomas, Ingmar, Michael and I started to
review the code and discuss some improvements.

- This patch implements a new version of the CodeMirror editor (which is
the base of the t3editor). (Version 0.55 is the current one.)

- This also fixes several bugs, e.g. some IE blunders (see BT-references
above)

- The "CodeMirror" is now banned into an own directory (solving
licence-issues auggested in the dev list).

A patch agains the current Codemirror 0.55 is enclosed to ease
CodeMirror updates later.

- The t3editor now uses new introduced hooks instead of the proprietary
glue code (suggested here in the core list on 2008/03/19)



Ingmar and Michael currently doing the code review. Thanks for that!
Please support them/us by testing the editor.

The review is mandatory to ship 4.2 final *with* t3editor.
