it's not highly critical, but no link wizard is working actually, check out 
(link for image, header etc) so i feel this very important.

One other bug eg is the not encoded path on windows which leads to 
parse_url-errors, i was not able to fix that btw to find the reason (#7910)

Still there are many JS-Errors in IE (all stop in pointer-function of 
prototype, so maybe mouse handler)

Imho these are the most important ones.
