[TYPO3-core] New icon for Manual

Hi,

Great the workspace icon :-) Another icon that desparately needs replacement is 
the Manual icon (/typo3/mod/help/cshmanual/ext_icon.gif). Actually this was made 
by us for 'Mount as treeroot' and was never meant as Manual icon. I propose to 
replace this by a png from the same crystalsvg set as the workspace icon. It 
seems to fit very nicely.

Whar do you think?
