[TYPO3-core] RFC #7984: Bug: stdWrap.crop now closes opened tags and counts chars correctly

Well, actually this format is fine, but it seems like your patch program
cannot handle it.

I would suggest to use the commandline patch client (or maybe there is some
more advanced GUI for it?) instead.
