[TYPO3-core] About resolving/closing bugs in the bugtracker

Hi folks,

just a little reminder for those who are closing bugs in the bugtracker:

When committing a fix, we never mark any bugs as "closed", instead we set
them to "resolved":

- A bug is resolved when the solution is committed to SVN
- A bug is closed when the fix has been released as part of a new version

Also notice that by default, Mantis excludes all closed bugs from the
listings.
