[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix bug #7981: Replace ugly labels in BE Log module

This is a SVN patch request.

(another candidate for being a no-brainer)

Problem:
The backend user log contains two ugly labels:
- "E" (for Errors)
- "Secur" (for Security issues)

Solution:
Fix the labels. Additionally, add a space between the warning icon and the
label (see screenshots).
