Hey Steffen,

nice one.

+1 after reading, which I consider enough for this cleanup.
However, there are also places where there is $GLOBALS["BACK_PATH"] - we 
could use $GLOBALS['BACK_PATH'] (single quotes) there, since we don't 
want to copy old habits.

Can you fix this? (You can probably do this right inside the patch in 
the "+ lines", should be ok)
