[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request 6367: Integrate possibility in Element Browser to select all files of a folder

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The TYPO3 Element Browser offers the possibility to select individual
files and add them to a record. But there is not possibility to select
all files and to import the selection to the record.

Solution:
Integrate two buttons to the Element Browser "Toggle selection" and
"Import selected files".

Comments:
I put the new stuff for the Element Browser into a new file
"jslib.t3browselinks.js". This file should be located in a new directory
"./typo3/jslib". Maybe also the "jsfunc.*.js" files of the "./typo3"
directory and the tree.js should be renamed to "jslib.<class>.js" and
put there - but lets discuss this in a separate thread.
I've attached a screenshot, so you get a quick feeling this feature
looks like in the TYPO3 Element Browser.
