[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request 6359: IRRE - Add config of parent record for label_userFunc used on a child record

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Since TYPO3 4.1.0 it is possible to use a label_userFunc to create
own/combined labels in the TYPO3 back-end (see function
t3lib_BEfunc::getRecordTitle). If this is used for a child record in
IRRE context, the user function should also get informed about the
parent record handling the child.

Solution:
Send the available information of the parent to the user function
creating a label/title for a child record.

Comments:
This isn't a functional change to the Core. Just some more information
is delivered to a user defined function. Since this is related to IRRE
only, I'm going to commit in one week if nobody objects.
