Nope. See my request for hook in TCEforms for punycode patch. No new hooks in maintanance releases :) But bug fixes to hooks are ok.

Btw, I never see problems adding hooks to maintanance releases because they do not change or add new features. But they are really helpful to extension authors, who has to write to versions of code if hook is in trunk but not in maintanance branch :( Possibly we should change the rule and allow new hooks in maitanance branches.
