Let's hope Robert will port this ;-) But nice to see that you expect that
TYPO3 4.x will still be used when PHP7 will be out...

But while looking at this, I think this should get support for regular
expressions similar similar to $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['fileDenyPattern'].
