[TYPO3-core] RFC: make the page tree filter pretty

Hi *,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Kasper's filter box above the page tree is not pretty enough ;-)

Solution:
make it look pretty ;-)

Comments:
Additionally I put my hands on Kasper's filter function and reduced  
it's size.
Attention: this requires an updated version of prototype. We're  
currently using 1.5.0, I included 1.5.1.1, how about directly moving  
to 1.6.0_rc0?
The images go into typo3/gfx/
