Just commit the language additions after discussion with Masi, because
you're responsible for the translations and therefore can decide which
languages need to be added. Except from Masi, no-one else in the core
team really seems to be into translations etc., so if the two of you
agree on the language keys to use etc., I think there's nothing that
should keep you from committing.
