ok. Sure that's possible.
It's also possible to use HTML-Content and write own wrapping etc.
It's also possible to use php-scripts to write content.

But ...

The idea of using TS for configuring the page is great, everone use it.
The idea of includeCSS is great, because you define only that you need and 
Typo3 does the rest.

This feature here is the only one what was not possible with includeCSS, and 
in modern websites you have to do it nearly 90%, because IE needs a special 
deal. So with this feature you are able to do this in one additional line, 
you don't have to know the HTML-Syntax etc.

Why don't complete existing method for easy use? And with this patch it's 
done.
