[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6256 $TCA: Newline for Tabs (--div--)

+1 based on code review and testing.

Attached is the patch ported to trunk.

Note: The "TYPO3 Core API" documentation is in a bug note at
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6256 and needs to be added to
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Pending_Documentation after committing.

I will commit this patch to trunk in a week if nobody objects as I
consider it quite simple and straight forward (nearly no-brainer).
