[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6256 $TCA: Newline for Tabs (--div--)

Problem:
If you have several tabs you get a newline, when the character-count of 
the labels rise above 50.
Sometimes it usefull to group the topics etc.
So it would be pretty usefull, if you could define when a newline should 
start.

Solution:
Introduction of the new parameter "newline" for the --div-- element in 
showitem of the $TCA. (See Bug)

Notes:
If the Patch interfere with an other feature, it should be no problem 
for you to move the "newline" tag to part 4 or 5. But normally there 
should be no Problem because it is the palette-part, which it is not 
used for --div--.

Patch:
newline_for_tabs_v1_(4.1.3).patch is attached to the Bug.
