Problem:
Latest Browsers do not recognize the deprecated <script
language="text/javascript" in the new function loadJavascriptLib in
template.php commited with svn 2608

Solution:
Use type="text/javascript" instead.

Notes:
Some of the navframe funtions stopped working, eg. the expand / collapse
of pages.
