[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6562 - make previewlink duration configurable

Problem:
The time-to-live for workspaces previewlinks is hardcoded to 48 hours. In some cases the admin might 
want to have another timerange for the preview links.

Solution:
Introduce a new TSConfig option where the ttl can be set.

Notes:
The attached patch introduces an User TSConfig option "options.workspaces.previewDuration" where an 
admin can set the previewlink ttl in hours. The default value is still 48.
