Just a sidenote: I think we shoudl distinguish between the (old) reposition 
wizard icon (arrows crossed) and a (new) drag icon (eg a hand).

The attached image has this icons and also Maximos Web>Page/List AJAX patch 
had this problem. Maybe now that HCI is restored the dicsussion can be 
"continued". Unfortunately noone cared, but it'd be great if Maximo's work 
can be integrated.
