[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix bug #6548 - FE: "Preview" Label is not styleable

Problem:
when viewing deactivated pages, the page adds a "PREVIEW!" text to the 
bottom of the webpage. Unfortunately, it does not look good on most of 
the pages.

Solution:
That's why I added a CSS-ID and also some better CSS styles to always 
keep the "preview" label at the bottom of the page, to make it 
consistent on all TYPO3 installations.

Notes:
I'm open for any other default styling methods.
