[TYPO3-core] Stanislas: Files overwritten in Subversion

Hi Stanislas,

in revision #2559 (trunk) you have removed a bunch of ChangeLog entries and 
charset issues!

I'm sure this happened by accidence, therefore I would like you to revert them 
and fix the stuff.
