[TYPO3-core] DHTML/AJAX powered flexforms?

I thought dynaflex simply allowed for a dynamic data structure XML?

I'm talking about TCEforms where you can add a new entry in a flex  
form with sections without having to save/reload the form

Thomas? You know what I mean?
