[TYPO3-core] FYI: fixed bug 5839: In htmlArea RTE, paragraph & text dropdown boxes inactive when using @media clause in stylesheet

The following SVN patch was committed.

Type: Bugfix

Problem:
The @media clause was not processed. Therefore the contents of the 
stylesheet were not loaded and the dropdown boxes could not be populated.

Solution:
Check for the presence of a @media clause and process it correctly.
