[TYPO3-core] Member information

Hi folks,

I'm writing you to let you know that Franz Holzinger has decided to leave the 
Core Team. He is actively working on several extensions, which is why he 
can't spend any more time for working on TYPO3core.

Franz will continue to work on the extensions tt_products, tt_board, graytree 
as well as sr_feuser_register and static_info_tables (which he is currently 
maintaining for Stanislas Rolland while he is on holiday).

Thanks Franz for the work you did for TYPO3.
