[TYPO3-core] FYI: moved interface from t3lib/interfaces/ into typo3/interfaces/

Hi Ingo,

you can move the other recordlist-hook too. (It was suggested by me)
In the attachment you have the patch. I have also renamed it a little 
bit to fit the other hook.
