Go for Eclipse + PDT + Subversive then, this is the best working 
combination. For SVN do not use Subclipse, as Subversive is going to 
become an official Eclipse project. For PHP don't use phpEclipse, PDT is 
already an official Eclipse project and is developed by Zend.
