[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature/bugfix: htmlArea RTE: Enter paragraph on return key corrected and improved

Problem:
Although not reported in the bugtracker, there were a few misbehaviors, 
in some limit cases, of the feature that allows to insert a paragraph 
when hitting the return key in gecko browsers (in order to imitate the 
behavior of Internet Explorer). The feature was disabled in Opera 
because not working correctly in this browser. Also, entering paragraphs 
in table cells might not be a good practice.

Solution:
Correct misbehaviors in Firefox, Safari and Opera. Enable the feature in 
Opera. A new Page TSConfig property 
RTE.default.buttons.table.disableEnterParagraphs is introduced. If set, 
FF, Safari and Opera will not insert paragraphs in table cells. However, 
this will not prevent Internet Explorer from inserting paragraphs in 
table cells.
