[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6741 Add fields cruser_id, crdate to cms-tables

Hi!

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The fields crdate,cruser_id are missing the tables fe_groups,sys_domain.
So some default-features of T3 cannot be used...

Solution:
Adding the new fields.
The other tables are check and already have these fields

Notes:
Now the patch includes all missing tables of the cms.
 From the dev-list: Session/Cache-tables should get these fields because 
records of these tables are generate by the system.
