[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #1697: Datetime input fields and timezone shift bug

Hi Ingmar,

sorry for delaying on that one. I have been pretty busy these week (ok,
who hasn't?). I will try to follow up on that, which probably means
apply the "approved" patch to current trunk. Hope to get that in time
for beta-1. When will be that?
