But it should save memory. so if you only need table
If you use the "dynamicConfigFile" it will save memory, because it says 
in the manual:

"Filename of the PHP file which contains the full configuration of the 
table in $TCA. The [ctrl] part (and [feInterface] if used) are always 
mandatory, but the rest may be placed in such a file in order to limit 
the amount of memory consumed by the $TCA array (when eg. the columns 
definitions are not needed)."


The time should be unimportend, if you link it too several or two files.
