[TYPO3-core] Page and info modules ignore "Limit to language"

Hi Wolfgang,

please just re-send your RFC with all information included and with a 
subject line as described on 
http://typo3.org/teams/core/core-mailinglist-rules/

The current thread looks really odd in a news-reader because it's 
displayed inside an old "[TYPO3-core] (no subject)" thread started by 
Kasper ages ago.
