[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6768 - Integrate ext 'Media field for page type External URL' into core

Hey,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: Trunk only

Problem: As requested in the wiki 
(http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Extensions_for_the_core) this patch 
includes the media field in the External URL pagetype. See extension 
"dkd_media4url".

Solution: Modify the TCA a bit.


Notes:
Should be straightforward. ;-)

@Ingmar: If this patch goes through, could you set the ext 
"dkd_media4url" to deprecated for 4.2+ ?
