[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6741 Add fields fe_groups.cruser_id, fe_groups.crdate

Hi!

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
The fields crdate,cruser_id are missing the table fe_groups.
So some default-features of T3 cannot be used...

Solution:
Adding the new fields.

Notes:
