[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #6734: Integrate post processing for links handled by typoLink

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Currently there's no possibility to execute a post processing on each
link. There's a way to do this in t3lib_tstemplate->linkData (e.g.
RealURL uses this), but it's only for internal links to pages. For links
to an external resource there's no way to handle this in a general
context with typoLink.

Solution:
Implement the possibility for post processing typoLink data by using
"$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['tslib/class.tslib_content.php']['typoLink-PostProc'].
