[TYPO3-core] FYI: Make option tags with icons look good even if icon sizes vary

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type: Bugfix / improvement

Problem:
We now display the content type icons to the left of each option of the
content type selectorbox. Unfortunately the icons width vary, which
makes the text of the different options be indented all differently
which looks quite bad.

Solution:
Set left-padding of options in selectorboxes to 22 if an icon is
displayed that has a width between 14 and 20 pixels.
